Beef with John Green's twin, Unofficial, Oak Park

Hi blog! How I have missed you all, my beautiful readers. I am writing to you from the glorious Bevier Hall, home of my propaganda class. You all might be wondering if I ever pay full attention to class. The answer is no.

What a weekend it was. Truly one of the greats. It all started Friday. First and foremost, I helped Daniel lock in on his midterm that was due at 5pm that day. Yes, I am as kind and humble as you all may be thinking. I am thinking he definitely got an A. Then, Dan, his roomies and I all attended the Illinois v. Purdue game. We were all sitting together, but then this couple decided to split Dan and I from the rest of the group. But we made friends with the people next to us. Dan and I decided that maybe we weren't having such a good time, and decided to leave after the half. But nothing can cure the blues like a couple hotdogs, beers, and shooters. After that we were having a great time. And added bonus, Illinois won the game. So lit.

I now have some beef to discuss. As we were leaving, (I drove) I zippered into out coming traffic in between a significant amount of space between two cars. Next thing I know, I am having a face off with the car next (mostly behind) me. He kept inching forward trying to get in front of me. I am not one to back down, so I followed suit. To my surprise, this man (who Dan says looked like John Green) parks his car, comes up and bangs on my window. Then he starts flipping me off. Absolutely egregious. Of course I rolled down my window and mocked him. I felt good about it. My mom says I am going to get in trouble over my big mouth, but nobody has proven that fact yet so here I remain. Just wait til I get my gun then it is over for you hoes. Anyways, he decided to split the traffic and cut off like 3 other cars in front of me, but ended up taking the slow way anyway. Later, loser. AITA? Actually don't tell me I don't care.

Then, we took the baby to Ashley's for a party at her place. I took three shots of tequila before heading out, and maybe that was my problem. Or it was the mysterious juice Ashley served to me. Not really sure where it all went wrong. But I had a good time yappin with the journalism guys regardless. Thanks, Ashley! You are a true queen of this world. I hope you have a good trip to Utah over Spring Break. After that, we all trekked back to Dan's. Then it all hit me, and I had to take my sorry ass to bed. The worst part of it all, was that I ordered Taco Bell at like 1 AM and it never. came. If you know me you know how upset I was over this fact. Nevertheless, Dan came through as always with some Pizza Rolls for me. What a sweetie.

The next morning, I wake up. Hungover. Thirsty. And ready to fuckin Borg. We quickly ran to my place to feed Louis and get ready for a full day of drinking. My Borg said "You stalked my whole life on the borgwalk," a reference to the beautiful and thoughtful reality TV show Jersey Shore. (will attach link below) I see myself the most in JWoww. She's a fucking icon. Then again so is Snookie so it's hard to choose a favorite. I can tell you now it is definitely not Ron. Fuck him and his Ron-Ron juice. Y'all been hitting the GTL lately? Lmk in the comments below.

So, we headed out to Cuntofficial. It was super lit. Sun was out, DJ was cooking, and surrounded by friends and my bf??? What could be better than that?? Nothing I tell you. We chilled there for a few hours and then Dan and I split from the gang to head over to Maggie's apartment party. That was fun too! I had my first boom-cup experience and I have to say I am pretty fucking goated. Much to my joys, Maggies apartment is attached to the Taco Bell on Green. You know what I had to do. After that, I told Dan that Isabel was coming into town and I needed to rest and recover for another few drinks with her. Just as we are about to head back to his place, we both realize that neither of us have our keys. Mine, trapped in Dan's locked apartment. His in mine. What a brain trust it is between us two. So, as any logical person would do, I suggest we VEO to Delts to grab keys from one of his roommates who were all there. So, off we went on probably the most hilarious VEO ride I have ever been on. I really think it was just the liquor that was making it so funny to me. We finally arrived at Delts which is ALL the way across campus from where we were. It was definitely lit. We didn't stay long as we were very tired. Diego decided to go back to the apartment with us, so we didn't even need to get the keys. But we had a nice walk home anyways. Then Isabel came and we tried to endure Joe's but it just was not happening. We left after like thirty minutes and headed to Legends, AKA Home. After a couple drinks there, her and I did what we do best. Irish goodbye'd at 11 pm and got food and watched movies and talked shit all night. It was just what I needed to end the amazing day.

There are so many more details about unofficial that I definitely missed but this is the overall synopsis. Maybe Daniel will fill in some blanks for y'all once he gets on his blog.

Now, time to dive into the Oak Park of it all. I leave for Cabo on Friday, so Dan and I decided to take a day up in Oak Park where he grew up. Let me tell you, it was pretty awesome. Such a culture shock for me for those who know where I come from. We had some great food, walked by the Frank Lloyd Wright houses, I did some shopping for the trip, and of course we had to end the evening with a couple beers at an Oak Parkian bar. It was such an amazing day to cap the weekend off. Doesn't this sound like a pretty good weekend to you guys too?

I also want to mention that I made Dan laugh the hardest I ever have on the way home from Oak Park and I am proud of that because he says I'm funny but I usually only get a chuckle or two.

Anyways I know this is long as shit but I had to yap to y'all and let you guys know what's been up with me recently. I will be back sometime this week with a feature blog post on my best friend Isabel so y'all can really get a sense.

Anyways, I got to go play the worldle or something until I can get out of this class at 4:50.

TTYL!

Feeling: body tea, hair long.
